By submitting a bid to A&P you also agree to the terms of our standard subcontract agreement. Proposed changes, if any, to our standard subcontract agreement should be noted on your bid and/or approved by A&P in advance. A&P reserves the right to reject a bid that does not conform to our standard subcontract agreement. You can view our standard subcontract agreement at our Subcontractor Center. A&P uses Textura to manage subcontractor payments.
